Ryan Zoradi founded Margin in San Francisco in 2020 in response to CEO requests for an independent advisor. Over the last six years at Margin, he’s advised CEOs at companies valued from $10 million to $3.5 billion.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ryan brings 15 years' experience building Patamar Capital — a global venture firm where Ryan and Patamar’s founders raised four funds, invested in 70+ portfolio companies and opened 6 international offices while serving on numerous boards. Ryan’s favorite memory from his time at Patamar was riding on the back of a motorbike in the mountains of Central Java, Indonesia to meet with smallholder coconut farmers.

INNER WORK

The son of two marriage and family therapists, Ryan has a deep personal and professional interest in inner work - including the Enneagram, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and silent retreat practices.

Apart from work, Ryan enjoys any activity in the sun, especially surfing, soccer, cycling, and trail running.
